Wordie Four

Hey loves
New word again
Chagrin can be used as a verb and a noun
The meaning is strong feelings of embarrassment
And to cause shame or hurt the pride of someone
It should be pronounced as
shu-grin
Take note that "u" in phonetics should sound like "a" in
English
Do ask me in person again if you don't get what i mean
For those who've read the twilight series
You may come across this word many times
Cause Stefanie Meyer uses it pretty often with Bella
Anyhows examples would be
"To her chagrin, everyone had noticed the big tear across her skirt."
"He was chagrined to find out that his proposal was rejected."
Try using it
:)
